Axcilia draws upon the collective global footprint and strong expertise (nearly 25 countries and > 20 years) of its founding partners to deliver insightful value-added solutions to SMEs, private firms, public firms, public bodies, Not-for-Profits as well as major international organisations.

Committed to Excellence
Charlene Cunden-Sholay and Valery Modeste-Jacob founded Axcilia in late 2015.
True to their game-changing spirit, the founders created the firm’s name by uniting the word ‘Axil’ to an imprint of innovation, modernity and thoughtful disruption. ‘Axil’ in botany, literally means the angle between a branch or leaf and the axis from which it grows and matures. Consequently, the raison d’être of Axcilia is to be the cornerstone and drive for growth of the clients it serves.
During more than 14 years, the founders have built their collective expertise by serving in nearly 25 countries and territories and in more than 15 different industries. They mainly worked for one of the “Big Four” professional services firm.
